We advise that you book as early as possible to ensure that your suit style and size is reserved for you. We take bookings up to three months prior to your function date.
How do you book?
Step 1: Know
1) The date of your function 2) If there is any particular theme for the event 3) What colour your partner is wearing 4) Have a look at our online suit and accessory options to get an idea of what suit you would like to hire.
Step 2: Fit & Measure
Visit our store in Kenilworth for fittings and measurements to ensure you have the best possible fit. If you do not stay in the Western Cape but are attending a function in Cape Town- please email us.
Step 3: Book
Once you have decided on your suit and accessories, bookings are secured with an identity document, contact details and a R50 refundable deposit subject to our terms and conditions.
Step 4: Collect
Collect your outfit on the date specified on your invoice. Present your booking invoice and pay balance of money owed via cash or card.
Step 5: Return
The suit needs to be returned as specified on your invoice. Your R50 booking fee will be refunded if: 1) Outfit (including hanger and bag) is returned on or before the specified date and time on your invoice 2) Outfit does not need special cleaning or repair 3) outfit is not permanently damaged or lost. In addition to the forfeited booking fee, the replacement cost will be charged.
